- Be prepared to make tradeoffs; no home is perfect.
- We will represent you as your Buyer's Agent. Call us and we'll help you find your home. If you've already found it, we'll help you acquire it.
- We will not show you homes, or write offers on homes, you cannot afford. We will show you documentation to substantiate the actual market value of a home. We do not waste your time our ours writing what are known as "frivilous offers" that are nowhere near actual market value.
Search for homes in San Diego County
This site shows all active single family homes and condo listings in the San Diego County Multiple Listing Service (MLS). If you see it here, it's still for sale. Check here daily to see new listings, price changes and status updates. This site is accurate and you will see changes in availability and price as soon as that information changes.
We provide information on listings, research properties for sale and arrange home tours for buyers who are not working with another agent. Our commissions are paid by the seller, not the buyer, and we work on a commission-only basis. We're here to help you if another agent has not been helping you.
Every available listing photo appears on this site. There are no additional photos. Click the main photo to see all images included with each listing. Schedule a viewing to see the home. Usually, the pictures don't do a home justice. You should try it on for size.
All homes are shown by appointment. It sometimes takes days to coordinate showing times between agents and owners and to make homes available for your visit. Contact us a minimum of 24 hours beforehand so we can communicate with all parties involved.
We provide rental home listings for sellers we represent who want to lease, instead of buy, another home. These are long term leases only, typically a minimum of one year. Let us list your home for sale and help you find a new or rental home.
